How do I find a dentist that I can afford?

I need major dental work, but I cant afford to get the work done because it is so expensive. I have had 5 children, and while pregnant with my twins, my teeth fell apart from lack of calcium. They are breaking all the time. I need to find a dentist that will accept payments, and will actually care about their clients rather than the dollar amount they "bring" to the dental business.

From extractions, xrays, exams...etc. There should be some dentist who do provide a dental payment plan, you just have to call around.
