How does someone become a manager in Health Care ? is there a degree one can do ?

i have been an Dental Technician for the past 2 years I want to move to Health Care management in Canada as its one of the in demeand jobs listed by the Government Which Degree course shall I enroll in ?

In the U.S. the degree is called Master of Health Administration (MHA) and is actually a type of professional degree, so you get a title to go with your name. I assume it would be the same in Canada
