Hello. I have developed some dental problems. Specifically, i am afraid of losing my front tooth due to cavity i cannot take care of. It is very embarrassing and cannot lose the tooth. Maintaining employment will be difficult if i have a missing tooth. does anyone know of any very low cost or free dental work in san diego? i really appreciate it.

Dental schools are a terrible idea if you have no money (it is not free) and do not plan on copmprehensive care. Dental school will not see you to fix one tooth. It will also take about 6 months to a year to get in the program if you qualify and then maybe another 6 months to even get the work started. Call your local health clinic. There are a lot of dental clinics attached to health departments and maybe they can help you out or at least refer you to one if the area.
