If Obamas health care plan passes will everyone do covered in the US?

If Obamas health care plan passes will everyone be covered in the US? Or will you have to qualify like you do for medicaid and medicare? Will dental and dermotology be covered?

It's not "Universal Health Care". It's a mandate that everyone is required to purchase insurance or be fines. So not everyone will be covered automatically. You still need to purchase it be covered. There are also items about pre-existing conditions, when you can be dropped, and an option for people that can't afford to purchase regular coverage, but don't qualify for medicaid.
