My job doesn't have dental coverage, and would like to visit a dentist,but don't know if l am elibable for

low cost dental care. I am 22,live w/ my parents and made $1400/month. Am l able to qualify if l live w/ my parents and don't pay rent? I live in Los Angeles,CA.
