Who has had medical treatment in a country outside of America?

I'm really talking about industrialized countries. I've had amazing experiences with medical and dental in Australia, the UK, France, Singapore and Thailand. Just as good or better than what I have in America. Care in these countries was either minimal or free.

Almost every industrialized country outside of the US has better health care availability and coverage. We are the only country that does not have some sort of universal health care.
