Low income dental coverage in Washington State?

Hello, I am a FT college student who also works FT that doesn't have a lot of money. I don't have medical or dental, but am in need of dental work (cavities, root canal, etc.) and even if I could afford the insurance plans out there, they don't cover much if anything. I have searched the internet over and over but can't find anything that leads me to a phone number for low income dental care for people like me. I keep finding stuff that states that the programs exist here, but no names or contact information.
