Can't afford NHS dental charges, what do you do?

Me and my partner live in the grey area between poverty and being ok, our income is ever so slightly too high for exemptions on dental care, prescriptions etc, but 99% of all the money we have coming in has to pay bills and would not cover the cost of the dental treatment my teeth would need. We have enquired about this and it is fact that I would have to pay. What do other people in this situation do?

Ask your Dentists about care credit, this allows you to pay for your Dental work over a period of time. This is what I did and it was great. The only thing is you have to pay it off in a year or you pay the interest on the whole amount of the payment if you go over a year.
