to early to tell. Today, I was reading an article written by a local orthodontist in the paper today and she is saying this..."According to the American Association of Orthodontics, children should be evaluated by an orthodontist no later than the age of 7." Has anyone had their child seen by an orthodontist at such an early age? If so, what did they do for your child to give preventive care?

my sister has them and had them since she was 8. usually they have to loose all of their baby teeth so try to wiggle the little suckers out:] also if he does get braces get mouth wash called peroxyl.. it will make his teeth whiter and it will heal any sores within a day.. also make sure he flosses his teeth so his gums wont get inflamed and be ready for some cryin because it hurts like a mother when you first get them on.. by him yogurt, ice cream, shakes or really anything that he doesnt have to chew
