Any ideas to use for my school project?

I am in school for dental assisting and the girls in my class aren't really coming together on agreements. I have come up with lots of ideas but the people who don't really care about the assignment want glittery gobs of pretty everywhere... So the project has to have a power point, a poster board, and a summary brochure. All on oral pathology/conditions. Any ideas I can bring to class will be appreciated.

You mention that you already had lots of ideas on this one, but by the sounds of it, others in your group were not receptive to your suggestions. You are ideally placed to know what's best for your own assignment, so my suggestion is not to be disheartened and to put forward your ideas once again. Maybe try to think of some alternative way to express these which might make the others more open to your ideas, or possibly adapt them slightly as a compromise to what your classmates want, but in reality the substance behind them are your original ideas. One of the best way to persuade people into adopting your chosen approach is to make them think that the idea was theirs in the first place. Of course this doesn't work in all scenarios, but it's always worth bearing in mind. Best of luck with this and remember to be true to your own ideas, whilst also being open to alternative points of view :)
