Can you make a sentence with the word...?

Pro-bono... I need to know which way to use it. Do i say Do you pro-bonos for dental care? Or Do you have pro-bonos for dental care? How would i say it? Im trying to use it for a family thing

say " Do you do dental care pro-bono?" Check with the local dental society. There is an organization called "Dentists without Borders" that go overseas to help third world countries. they may have a similar program here.
