i am recovering from substance abuse and 4 teeth feel out and gums bleed and receeding on all teeth...help!!?

i am so embarrassed but i know i have to take care of it ..ive been told from friends that it looks like i have 3 current abcesses, due to bad infection smell, and gums swollen where two teeth broke halfway off and fell out, but not only am i so embarrased , i cannot smile at all, and that is emotionally painful too...im almost out of self esteem completely..so so scared, (petrified of dental visits)!!!! but most importantly, no insurance or job for dental care. ..i dont know where to turn. please help me...please

The only way to fix the problem is going to the dentist. Dont be scared everything will turn out ok. Good Luck
