where can i find affordable health ins with dentle in it's plan??

i haven't had health or dental ins. for the past 5 years. i haven't been able to afford it. now i am starting to get back on my feet and need to get on health ins. i need to get checkups done, my family has a history of breast cancer. so i need to start getting those test's done like once a year. i also need my teeth fix so i would like to find a health care plan that dental ins is in the same plan!!
