why is it that the illegals could get the free emergency care, education, etc...?

I am an legal alien and I have had to pay each and every penny of my education(except for the scholarships that I earned by outstanding work), my emergency room bill(when I got sick on the road) my dental bills. Is it part of the constitution that requires such treatment for the illlegals?(sorry, I didn't study the constitution )

They don't have any legal US papers (drivers license, SSN, etc) so there is no way to penalize their credit report or force them to pay. Ethics of the emergency room require that all emergencies be treated. But for you and I, they come after us for the money because we give them an ID and they know they can hurt our credit or take us to court. There isn't anything in the Constitution about it. It just the laws and the loops holes that we allow them to get away with. If we penalized the companies that hire them, and the landlords that rent to them, they wouldn't have any reason or way to stay here. Think about it. Free medial care, no taxes, and free education for your kids. If you complain loud enough some soft hearted Americans will even allow you to have drivers licenses and will print forms in Spanish so you don't feel left out. Banks will even allow them to purchase property and not be a citizen. Don't dare complain about it, or people claim we are racist! Its not about race. Its about Nationality.
