A patient at his first dental visit wants the best care, he asks alot of questions about techniques...?

I need to know where this person fits into Maslows Hierarchy of Needs. How should I approach a patient that is asking alot of questions about techniques and equipement. This is for my Dental Assisting homework. I have no idea on how to deal with a person like this.

He is probably very apprehensive and worried about what is to happen to him. Answer his questions honestly, simply without being too technical, and with the goal of reassurance. Good luck.
