Why don't people like the health care reform?

I'm not an American and in my country everyone gets health care for free and dental care is almost free too. It's of course funded by tax money. I notice that they don't like it. Why? If everyone will be able to get and afford health care what's bad about that?

Cost is a control mechanism, it is a valve if you will, it prevents shortages. Whenever you artificially lower a cost or you lower the cost of something to zero one of two things necessarily happen. 1. There is a shortage or 2. There is rationing. That is the problem
