i need emergency dental care and have NO ins help!?

i have a cavity that began while i was pregnant...so i couldnt have anything done till i had her, after i did my ins was up so i couldnt go, now my tooth is completly rotten and all the way up to the nerve....it causes me extreme pain and i cant take it anymore, i have no money or ins and i need help bad. I live in big bear california...thanks.
