Generally speaking "free" medical care does NOT mean to you get free money. it just means that, if you are accepted, then the dentist (or whatever doctor) doesn't charge you anything, or maybe charges much less than normal. "Free" dental care is most easily available from a college that teaches dental medicine -- a School of Dentistry. What happens is you let the students practice on your for free. They aer ALWAYS supervised, but your dental work may not be just exactly as nice as you'd like it to be. ALSO -- "Seniors" are generally 65 for medical treatment, but some places accept 55 and over.
