How do you take care of it? Does it result to bad breath? I dont want to go to a dentist because the fixing process requires me to get a crown, MUCH more added expense.

you need some meds and you really NEED to get to the dentist before the infection spreads and you lose more than just one tooth...it can take out your jaw, your hearing etc...
