At what age do you start paying for dental care in Uk & is the cost dependent on what you get done?

If so how much does it cost roughly to get a small filling done and when is an injection required for it? I am probably getting one done tomorrow!

In the UK you will have to start paying for NHS Dental Treatment once you turn 19 years of age regardless of whether you are in full time education. A small filling on the nhs will cost you £44.60, this is the standard fee and falls under a band 2 course of treatment. If it is only a very small cavity you might not require an injection, let the dentist know which you would prefer.
