best dental care in europe on a budget?

i am looking for good dental care on a budget. something that is reliable but also cheap.. i don't mind travel a link to a well recommended place would be great.. somewhere you may have tried..

well..... this isn't in the uk but... I had family move from germany to canada and they had very yellow teeth. They had teeth cleaning before and brushed regularly but It's because the products for cleaning their teeth are low quality, my aunt went to get her teeth cleaned by a dentist in canada and her teeth were a lot whiter.
