Dental care for low income disabled adults?

I am 31 years old.. And I'm disabled and on medicaid.. I live in Richmond TX... I'm on a fixed income so lets just say I have hardly any money to throw around at all.. I need some dental work real bad.. But I have no Idea how to get it.. Is there a program that provides for the disabled?? Any Idea's or suggestions would be highly appreciated...
