No, neither is free regardless of the Province you live in. We essentially pay for health care through our taxes therefore it's not free. We just pay for it bit by bit. Also, dental care is NOT free. If you don't have a dental plan through where you work then you pay for it just like everyone else. All of my families dental care is covered under our policy with Great West Life and all I need to pay, in most cases, is the deductible portion of the bill. For example, because of our dental coverage through my employer it only costs about $70 for a cleaning and check up visit.
