Is it true that free dental care is no longer given to people with the medical card, and if this is the case how are they supposed to get dental treatment?

Put your hand in your pocket and pay for it like everyone else does. If you have to pay out a fortune of money then that will teach you a lesson you will never forget, that your sloppy dental hygiene has come back to hit you where it hurts, in the wallet. Just clean your teeth at least twice a day, it's not difficult.
