When many people don't, especially in California?

Yes. What would be the alternative? Do prisoners have access to private health ins.? No. Would it be ok to let them suffer needlessly? No. Do 'regular' Americans deserve affordable health care? YES ! I only make 20,000 a year , and I would gladly pay 3.5% more in income tax to provide health care for YOU & ME !
