Does anyone know about any colleges, clinics, non-profit organizations that offer free dental care?

Contact your local dental school and your local state and county dental societies. If you have community clinics they may offer some free dental care, usually it's limited to children. Dental schools used to offer free care but due to their popularity now most only offer discounted rates. They also have long waiting lists. If all else fails you may qualify for a payment plan where you could pay them $30 a month or so. There are also some cheap dental insurance plans out there. Remember to request a discount if you pay in cash. They may offer anywhere between 10-20% off your bill if you pay cash at the time of your appointment.
