Is there anywhere near Hillsboro, Ohio that a person can go for free or low cost dental care? The person for whom I'm asking isn't eligible for Medicaid and our local dental assistance program just shut down due to lack of funds. He's in bad need of having ALL his teeth removed due to severe gum and dental disease.
