Free or low income dental care?

I am 19 years old and i live with a friend so my parents dental insurance doesnt cover me. I have 18 cavities and i really need to take care of them before it's too late. I was wondering if there are any kind of low income or free dental care available thru the state or something like that because i dont make too much money and i wouldnt be able to afford normal dental insurance. i live in Minnesota btw just in case that makes a difference. thank u !
