high anxiety need dental care?

i have huge anxiety of dental care after extensive care as a child. my teeth are in horrible shape some broke, decaying away. i do live in the us. how can i get dental care as i am sure they all need pulled and dentures but am so so so nervous

Nowadays dental care hardly hurts. Children get it and some dont even cry. Also if anything's really painful, you will be put under general anestetic. I strongly reccomend you get your teeth fixed: it makes your face stronger, you can eat easily and also smile with confidence.
