I'm 16, in full time education and my dental care is currently free, would I have to pay to get implants?

I HATE my teeth they are horrible and I have a crown at the front, the others are in bad condition too !! If I can't get them for free could you indicate the price range? If you get the answer from another source please tell me where x thanks
