I have an abcess tooth but i cant afford dental care what should i do ?i have all the symptoms?

FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS IVE BEEN HAVING THIS KILLER TOOTH ACHE MY JAW IS SORE MY GLANDS ARE SWOLLEN I EALLY DONT WANT THIS TO GET ANY WORST. I LIVE IN NEW ORLEANS AND I DONT KNOW OF AN FREE OR AT LEAST DICOUNT DENTAL.MT HEAD IS THROBBING AND I JUST HOPE THAT THIS HAS NOT SPREAD TO MY BRAIN CAN SOME BODY OUT THERE PLEASE HELP ME I CAN DEAL WITH PAIN VERY WELL BUT I DONT LIKE TO BE IN PAIN I REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHERE I CAN GET AFFORDABLE DENTAL CARE AND BY AFFORDABLE I MEAN PRACTICALLY FREE

I don't want to scare you but an abcess can be a life threatening condition. You might think it is a swollen gland, but it could be drainage into your submandibular space which is life threatening, it can close off your airway. Go to the emergency room, they will give you antibiotics, you might get lucky, there might be an oral surgeon on staff. There are many free clinics, if you go to a dentist it is about 100 dollars to get your tooth pulled.
