Why does Obama Care pay for free Abortions; but it doesn't help with the high cost of dental care & eye glases?

Sooner or later we all need glasses and dental care. Why doesn't Obama Care help with these issues. It seems odd to me that Medicare doesn't cover Dental and all the elderly need Dental Care
