Will Obama's plan include vision and dental care also?

'Cause I don't think that's part of the fantasy plan, is it?

I haven't heard if it will include vision and dental or not. I'm wondering if it will include mental health services, because I sure see a lot of right-wingers on here who suffer from delusions and paranoia!
