According to Hillary's health care plan, a person who can't afford food should pay for dental care?

And will be forced by penalty if he refuses to do so. Where is this taking AMERICA? Back to dictatorship?

We pay for a lot of items. But doesn't our health come first, I hear so many complaints, but when you do get sick, you wished you were covered by Hillary's plan. I would rather give a little of my pay check then go bankrupt paying for my medical bills.
