Are you UK? probably not - if you are under 19 and in full time education, then it's free, otherwise no. However, it may be worth filling out the form HC2, for people with low wages. You may get some degree of help depending on your income, which would include student grant/loan or whatever. You may not be successful, but it is worth a try. I did this years ago when I was full time student, I got help with NHS dental costs, but it was a few years ago, so things may have changed! But it is worth a shot. You would also have to find an NHS dentist, if you aren't already registered with one. They can be hard to find, but it is not impossible, even if you have to go on a few waiting lists to get there. On your second question, go to your profile and look at the 'your questions' section. Open the question you want to resolve and under each answer is a 'choose as best answer' box. Click this box under whatever question you feel has been the best one. This box doesn't appear immediately, though, you have to wait a while. Think it's a couple of hours, not sure exactly.
