How do the new health care changes affect dental work?

I'm 19, uninsured, and need my wisdom teeth removed. I do not have very much money, what can I do?

They don't. Dental coverage is not included in the health care reforms. If you live near a dental school, you might be able to get your wisdom teeth removed there at a low cost. The work will be done by dental students, but under close supervision of their instructors.
