I am 19 and a student , i need to know if the NHS will pay for my precriptions, glasses, and dental care?

I have ezcema and have inhalers, i wear glasses and contacts and have loads of fillings so it could be very costly, my mum has a tax credit exemption certificate but i am not currently listed on it, do i need to get my own?
