Seeking dental care in foreign countries?

Is there a country where dental care is both high quality and reasonably priced? My dentist is suggesting four crowns at $900 each, and another six for cosmetics. That's about $10,000 to keep lettuce out of my gums. I think this is over priced, even if high quality.
