Is there such a thing as free OR discounted dental care for adults over 21 on Medicaid?

Specifically cavity fillings? Where would I look for this under? Thanks all.

Sign up at the dental schools, the costs are deeply discounted and all work is supervised by a licensed dentist. The work is not done by first year students, but by those trying to finish their degree.
