ontario disiability dental care?

odsp (Ontario Disability Support Program) I am on ODSP and I am able to see a dentist every 9 months apparently. So I am seeing one on tuesday and as far as I know ODSP dental covers "basic care" only. What does "basic care" consist of? Say I have a few cavities is that considered basic care or no? Thanks
