y'know, when people talk about "universal health care" (free or affordable healthcare for all Americans regardless of income)

Just basic dental care such as treatment of infections, fillings, and extractions. Anything else would be considered cosmetic. Keep in mind that universal health care is not free. It is supported by higher taxes.
