Math and Economics are electives at your school? I was required to take both of those. It really depends on what colleges you are applying for and what degree you intend to seek. If you are intending something in Education or management the child care would be a good one. Word processing is an alright class, but you can learn most of that just by messing around with the program (and you might want to ask what program they are teaching..each version of each program is different). Catering would also be good if you want to go into hotel/ hospitality. I would not want to take both art and music because that looks like grade padding (even though they are probably tough). One or the other would be good. Appliance repair and bookkeeping both have a lot of real world applications that will help you no matter what your degree. Auto repair can also be helpful and save you thousands in the short run. Music classes will teach according to your state guidelines but it will include information such as rhythm, beat, history, different styles, and then finally application (playing and singing).
