How can I take care of my tonsilitis/get my tonsils pulled without owing money for the next ten years?

I cannot get health insurance that I can afford because of pre-existing conditions. I have dental but that is all. My tonsils have always been a problem. I get many sore throats and tonsiloths. I woke up two days ago with tonsils the size of huge golf balls that were all white and it hurts like hell. Obviously this is tonsillitis, and obviously I could really benefit from getting my tonsils pulled. Especially because I had to call out of work because I cannot talk. I have been denied medicaid and all that. I'm twenty one so either it's my youngness or it's this country but I don't know what to do next. How can I get this taken care of in an affordable way?
