Can I take my ex-husband to small claims court for daycare expenses from the past year?

Our divorce decree states that he is responsible for 54% of all work-related child care & medical/dental expenses... but he hasn't paid a red dime since I went back to work a little over a year ago. I receive child support of only $136/month; it's garnished from his paycheck... He has stopped taking visitation with our daughter (HIS choice), so I suppose he thinks he shouldn't have to pay? I do have a court order (our divorce decree) that states otherwise... what steps should I take now?

I don't think this is a small claims matter. It is part of your divorce decree and would probably be referred back to family court. Get a lawyer and take his butt back to court. They can up his wage garnishment to cover those child care and medical expenses he is not paying you.
