is it a good idea to join the army to become a health care specialist for college to become a nurse?

cause i want to become a nurse but my parents have to pay for my sister`s applications to a dental school then they`ll have to pay for that school & i have another sister in college & i dont think my parents have enought money for me so i thought the army was good
