It all depends a fashion designer has more then one field: Advertising,Fashion and Retailing Publishing etc. They're alot of schools that you can go to be a fashion designer and you can start basic..Online schooling and schools near you. As far as wages, it all depends on your degree you have, Bachelors, Masters ect. That you will get a good paying job the more experience the more you get paid..so it varies. Hope this was some help.
