I'm a young person who needs medical insurance in California.?

I live in San Francisco and I'm living on student loans. My parent's medical coverage with Kaiser is going to stop covering me in April this year. I have no idea how to pick a health care plan that will benefit me and that is cheap! Any suggestions? I've already got my wisdom teeth taken out so I guess I don't need dental? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Regards.
