My dog of a husband did not put me down on his health plan?

I live in Ohio my husband started a new job and he has a good health and dental plan he put his self down and are daughter and did not put me down i have some health problems is there a way to sue him or force him to take care of me i lost my job and i am looking for a new job. What can I do

If you are married and living with him then what he did should go a long way to telling you how much he values you as a wife and mother of his daughter. Yes I agree with you, he is a dog.
