Can anyone recommend a good monthly dental plan?

I have completed all current treatment but would like to have private dental care ie white fillings as the amalgum ones cause me problems. I will need 6 monthly checks and white fillings cosmetic work when they need doing. Which ones are good and how much per month. Much appreciated
