I'm a college student, how can I get affordable dental care?

I don't have medical or dental insurance. My wisdom teeth have been hurting me off and on for the last 2 years. This last month it has been pretty bad, and I haven't been able to eat much of anything for the last week or 2. I have lost about 15 pounds and don't sleep much at night because of the discomfort. I can't find anyone that will let me make payments. I don't qualify for any free clinics for some reason and I don't know what to do.

Ask the clinic in your college maybe they could recommend a dental clinic that's within your budget. In the College I graduated from they have health insurance to cover the students health expenses. The only thing not covered is the medicines. In our college there is also a dentist that charges lower compared to the dental clinics outside.
